What is our Wedding Planning & Design Fee?
We do more than hire you our Meadow Barn, that’s why we decided to change calling our venue hire fee to a Wedding Planning & Design Fee.
With a team of 2 wedding coordinators, 1 Wedding Manager, a floral team & that is not the whole team!
We have groundsmen, window cleaners, housekeepers & night staff that just look after the Meadow Barn & ensure that it is always looking its best. So the term ‘Venue Hire Fee’ didn’t feel appropriate anymore.
So what’s included in our Wedding Design & Planning Fee?
Our on the day Wedding Manager, who will also host your 6 week meeting, where they will confirm all your final details & timeline, then send you over an updated Wedding Day Sheet for you to approve & that is the document that all our team members use to ensure your day runs exactly to how you requested.
The fee includes Florals, depending on your package, our floral team will be onsite very early on the morning of your wedding, to create your floral dreams. We grow a lot of the blooms we use on site & offsite, which is part of sustainable programme that we created in 2021. ‘Grown not Flown’ & buying British seasonal flowers doesn’t really limit the choice, it just means you get the best flowers in season in colours to compliment your theme.
Chivari chairs, white table linen & napkins, silver cutlery & our beautiful glasses are also included in this fee.
On the day…..

Who ensures if we have any outside suppliers delivering, that their deliveries are dealt with? We do

Who organises Breakfast to the getting ready room? We do

Who meets my photographer & briefs them about the best spots to take the best photos? We do
Who takes delivery of our bridal party flowers? We do
Who puts the button holes on the Groom & Grooms party? We do
Who deals with registrars? We do
Who will take the Groom to meet the Registrars? We do
Who ensures all the guests are seated on time? We do
Who is responsible for the playing the music for our ceremony? We do
Who will keep the Bride informed of the timings on the morning? We do
Who will make sure no one sees the Bride before her entrance into the Barn? We do
Who makes sure the Brides dress is looking great before she proceeds down the aisle? We do
